We prepare and submit your charity’s 2026 ACNC Annual Information Statement free of charge. Every registered charity is welcome, and there’s no cap on how many charities we help.
Or email info@guidancegrowth.com.au. Most 2026 statements are due 31 January 2027. Contact us early so there’s time to gather your figures.
What we do for you
There’s no catch and no plan to sign up for. The ACNC doesn’t charge a fee to submit the statement either.
Who it’s for
Every charity registered with the ACNC: small, medium or large, in Sydney or anywhere in Australia.
Prepare the statement
- Your charity’s programs, people and volunteers
- The financial questions
- Related party questions
- The state and territory reporting section
Check it with you
- We take one of your Responsible People (a board or committee member) through the answers before anything is submitted.
Submit it
- With your charity’s written authorisation, through the ACNC Charity Portal.
- You get the PDF copy and the ACNC confirmation for your records.
What we’ll ask you for
We send you a short checklist, so you know exactly what to gather.
- Your profit and loss (income statement) and balance sheet for the 2026 reporting period, or, for small charities using cash accounting, your income and spending summary and bank balances
- Details of each program: name, aims, who it helps and where it runs
- Staff and volunteer numbers
- Any payments or dealings with board members, senior staff or their families (related party transactions)
- Your current list of Responsible People
- Charity Portal access, or a short call with someone who has it

Medium and large charities
The ACNC also requires a financial report: reviewed or audited for medium charities, audited for large charities. The free service covers the Annual Information Statement. It doesn’t include preparing the annual financial report, and we don’t provide external audit or review services. If you’d like help with the financial report, we’ll quote it separately first.
Books not ready?
If your records need catching up before the figures can go in, we’ll tell you what’s missing. Any catch-up work is quoted separately, and you’re never charged without agreeing first.
Need ongoing help?
Our charity plans start from $329 a month, and our Growth plan includes your Annual Information Statement every year. One-off onboarding from $299 and a 3-month minimum apply to all plans. See our plans →
